Professor Paula Jarzabkowski receives Academy of Management’s Joanne Martin Trailblazer Award

In August 2024, Professor Paula Jarzabkowski received the Academy of Management’s Joanne Martin Trailblazer Award in acknowledgement of her role in developing Strategy-as-Practice and building a community around the theory. Professor Jarzabkowski said she was delighted at this honour, noting that  “It clarifies that Strategy-as-Practice, has become a robust and important field of research over the past 25 years.” Jarzabkowksi shares this award with three fellow experts.
